The Holter Museum of Art, founded in 1987, is a non-profit art museum in downtown Helena, Montana (Greater Helena pop. 45,000 and capital of Montana). Embracing the belief that art vitalizes and strengthens community, the Holter Museum of Art seeks to stimulate creativity, curiosity, and collaboration through the visual arts. Our mission encompasses celebrating and advancing diversity and enhancing the quality of life for our area and state. Committed to access to the arts for all, the Holter is admission-free.
