Company Overview

Missoula Food Bank is a private, non-profit organization that addresses hunger in Missoula County by offering emergency food assistance to all individuals and families who come to us in need. We have been carrying out this model of service since 1982 and take tremendous pride in the diverse network of support that keeps our clients fed, our food service programs effective, and our organization healthy.

Benefits

Benefits offered after successfully completing 3 month probationary period:
• For the first five years of service, the new employee will receive the equivalent of 10 working days of vacation.
• All FT employees accrue 12 working days of sick leave annually.
• Limited Flex Benefits or HSA contributions begin the first day of the month following completion of the probationary period.
• Employees receive 9 paid holidays plus one personal day each year.
• After a two year vesting period, employees can participate in a retirement plan (Simplified Employer Pension) to which Missoula Food Bank will make contributions based on budget approval (percentages of payroll may vary from year to year).
