Company Overview

Sweet Grass Health and Wellness is a growing community nonprofit in Big Timber, Montana. We are dedicated to our community, both to the health of the people who live here and to their efforts to enhance our way of life. Our mission is to strengthen community, promote well-being, and improve health. We advance our mission by the many activities, programs, and services we provide that benefit people of all ages and contribute to the health and vitality of our community. Our programs include fiscal sponsorship, the Health and Community Resource Fair, the Big Timber Bike Rodeo, Recycle-A-Bicycle, and the Raw Deal Run Community Fundraiser.

Through our fiscal sponsorship program, Sweet Grass Health and Wellness serves as the umbrella, or nonprofit home and general operations for grassroots projects, community benefit groups, and charitable initiatives whose purpose is to strengthen community, promote well being, and improve health. Our projects include Active 4 Life, Big Timber Creative Arts, the Big Timber After School Club, the Big Timber Farmers’ Market, the Community Thrift Shoppe, the Crazy Mountain Wrestling Club, Mini-Movers, Sweet Grass Cancer Alliance, and Sweet Grass Recycle.
